Two Prayer Requests

Short and sweet post today. I just have two prayer requests to share with you.

First, tonight I’ll be speaking at Fallbrook Church in Houston’s Pink and Chocolate Chick Night.  I love this idea! It’s an all-night lock-in – a glorified slumber party! What a great way for the women of Fallbrook to really get to know each other, AND what a great outreach opportunity, too.

So, please pray for me tonight. I’ll be teaching We Have a Latte in Common (my message on the 4 essentials of friendship which also includes the gospel). And would you also please pray for every woman at Pink and Chocolate Chick Night – especially those who don’t know Jesus? Thank you!

Second, have you ever felt God nudging you to start a home Bible study? I know, it’s scary to think about doing something you’ve never done before. But if the Lord’s been prompting and preparing you to start a home Bible study, here’s some great news:

“Faithful is He who calleth you, who will also will do it.” 1 Thess. 5:24 KJV
